With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Denmark of Acworth, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Cecil leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Cecil may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Arvil Ray Denmark. He is survived by: his mother Willie Lois Summey Franklin; his son Matthew Lee Denmark of Acworth; his sister Lisa Denmark (Patricia Ann Denmark) of Acworth; and his stepchildren, Michael Glover (Karla) of Leicesler, NC, William Glover (Jessica) of Toccoa and Sonja Hufstetler (Dewayne) of Taylorsville. He is also survived by Two aunts, several nieces and nephews, several step-grandchildren and step- great grandchildren and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Georgia Funeral Care (4671 S Main St, Acworth, GA 30101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
