He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Burton West and Ethel Conn (Sid); and his sister Jean Petty (Gene). He is survived by: his children, Boyce Carter "Bogie" West, Jr. (LuAnn), Melea West Benavides (Victor), Hudson, Naomi, Isabelle, Zoe and Lexi West; his son-in-law Matthew West (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Maddie and Carter. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Poole Funeral Home (1970 Eagle Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
