It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Roland McKinney of Abbeville, Georgia, born in Cochran, Georgia, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezzie C. Roland and Alma Cook Roland; her husband Frank E. McKinney; and her brothers, Quinton, Joe, Edward and Felton Roland.
She is survived by: her children, Billy McKinney (Joy) of Braselton, GA, Bobby McKinney (Vicky) of Pitts, Benny McKinney of Gainesville, GA and Sharon McKinney of Abbeville; and her grandchildren, Josh McKinney, Austin McKinney, Allison McKinney Teter, Justin McKinney, Jessie McKinney, Amanda McKinney, Donnie Rountree and Kara McKinney. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
