He was predeceased by: his parents, Lam Gibbs and Wynelle Stonecypher Gibbs; and his brothers, Lane and Max Gibbs. He is survived by: his wife Faye Gibbs; his children, Nathan Gibbs (Dawn), Michael Gibbs, Lisa Harden (Stevie) and Lynn Young (Craig); his grandchildren, Gracey Gibbs, Noah Gibbs, Ansley Harden, Abigail Harden, Anna Carol Harden, Jessi Young, Chase Young (Macy), Zach Gibbs (Summer), Cole Gibbs (Tracy) and Cal Young; and his great grandchildren, Cason and Ellie James. He is also survived by his coworkers and his friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Legion Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 461, Abbeville, GA 31001.
