He was predeceased by: his father Early Floyd Brookins. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherri Douglas; his mother Jackie Johnson Brookins; his children, Elexis Brookins, Haylee Davis of Zolfo Springs and Keri Graham of Wauchula; and his sisters, Toni Brookins of Bradley Junction, Sheryl Hunter of Mulberry and Rena Dennis of Mulberry. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 15 nieces and nephews.
