She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. C. Lowe and Beulah Lowe; her grandparents, Tom and Docia Lowe; her significant other Vernon; her husband Albert Blain; her brother Thomas Lowe; her daughter Verna Steele; her grandson Jeffrey Steele; and her children, Kenneth Crawford, Jay Crawford (Linda) and Barbara Crawford. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and her newest great, great grandchild.
