He is survived by: his wife Maria Yolanda Garza (Badillo); and his children, Jose Manuel Garza, Enrique Garza, Maria E. Martinez, Irene Garza and Imelda Garza. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
