She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lee Hays and Florence Marie Hays. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bergens of Zolfo Springs; her children, T. J. Bergens (Samantha) of Orlando and Kristin Bergens of Oviedo; her nephew Sean Burgess of Hortense, Georgia; her siblings, Steve Metheny of Jacksonville and Sherry Burgess of Hortense, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Bergens (Raina) of Zolfo Springs, Harold Bergens Nocatee (Margie) and Barbra Norris (Ed) of Arcadia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
