He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Allen of Tennessee, Tommy Phillips of Alabama, Allan Phillips of Germany, Dewitt Phillips of Georgia, Angel Creasey (Philip) of Murfreesboro and Teresa Spooner (Eddie) of Georgia; his daughter-in-law Carol Phillips of Tennessee; and his brother Ewart Phillips of Texas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
