He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spencer; his sons, Robert Spencer (Sara) and Charles Paussi; his stepdaughters, Gwendolyn Wade, Brandy Matthews and April Lagro; his brothers, Brady Spencer, Charles Webb (Diana) and Michael Webb; his grandchildren, Story Spencer, Macayla Spencer, Jacob Spencer and Joshua Spencer; and his great grandchild Greyson.
