He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Parker and Sindy Parker; the mother of his children Anita R Parker; and his daughters, Cathy Pranger and Stacey Jo Parker (Heather).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Parker; his children, Thomas Parker (Alice) and Denise Parker; and his sister Betty Newbold. He is also survived by three grandchildren, eight shared grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
