She is survived by: her husband David Shearer; her children, Catherine Roberts (Steve) of Zolfo Springs, FL., John Vandegrift (Marla) of Huntington, IN., Don Vandegrift of Elkhart, IN., Sharon McGuin (Tim) of Huntington, IN. and Kevin Bendit (Lori) of Greenwood, IN.; and her brother Oliver Gabbeart of Michigan. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
