He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Doty. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Michelle Simonds; his children, Elissa Doty, William Doty, Chelsey Ray and Sara Doty; his father William R. Doty Sr.; his grandchildren, Bryant, Taylor, James Martin, Ethan, Mckinley Hill, William and Kaydence Gaskin; and his sisters, Wendy Nguyen, Sherry Doty and Teresa Doty. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; 32 great nieces and nephews and so many wonderful friends.
