He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Richards and Mabel Wilcox Richards. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Richards of Zephyrhills, FL; his children, Tracey Fowler (Eric), Paul Richards (Colleen) and Brad Richards (Wanda); and his grandchildren, Ryan Richards, Jordan Richards, David Richards, Logan Fowler and Shelby Fowler.
