He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Garoutte (Jordan); his children, William and Jennifer; his daughter-in-law Ellyn; his siblings, Marcia, Mary and Duane; and his parents, Louis W. Garoutte and Althea Garoutte (Berry).
