She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eula Church and Albert LeRoy Church; and her siblings, Terry Carter, Kim Ritchie of Bonaire Ga, Latisha Mathews, Elizabeth Russel, John Cardell, Troy Church and William Church.
In lieu of flowers donations would be greatly appreciated to The Association for Frontotemperal Degeneration as Vicki was passionate about education about and a cure for this debilitating disease that affected her sister Terry.
