He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Foster and Connie Foster; his wife Lorene Lovell Foster; his siblings, Marvin Foster, Johnny Foster, Robert Foster and Margaret Marie Foster; and his sons, Charles Foster, Jimmy Foster and David Foster.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Foster and Ray Foster; his granddaughter Christina Marie Foster; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Gibson and Ethan Dixon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
