She is survived by: her son David Puckett of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Sydney Puckett of Tennessee, MacKenzie Puckett and Tyler Puckett of Florida; her sister Judy Westray (Larry) of Cumming, GA; her niece Paula Boulware (Joe); and her great-niece Emma Jo Boulware.
