She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Wardwell and Berniece Wardwell; her husband Frederick Jacobs; her sons, Wayne and Brian Jacobs; and her siblings, Robert, Llyod, Galen Wardwell and Betty Wardwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda White (Ed) of Zephyrhills, FL and Dianna Jacobs of Columbia, TN; and her brother Philip Wardwell of Aroostook, N. B. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 Great-grandchildren, 5 Great Great-grandchildren.
