He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Harold Hanshaw of Wesley Chapel, FL and Karen Slater of Zephyrhills, FL; his granddaughter Erica Slater of Cocoa, FL; his great grandchild Chloe Thomason; his sisters, Jean Burrows of Pennsylvania and Helen Farrell of Ohio; his grandson Robert Slater of North Carolina; and his brother Lawrence Hanshaw of Ohio.
