He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hancock and Pearl Hancock (Balser); his daughter Renea Apartian; his grandson Derek Hughes; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Ellen Harrington; and his siblings, Eunice Oyer, Gladys Eager, Evelyn Clark, Harvey and Chuck Hancock.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harrington; his daughter Sonya Wheeler (Douglas) of Bryan; his son-in-law Daniel Apartian of Bloomington, Illinois; his grandchild Sierra; his great grandchildren, Killean and Liam McLoughlin of London, Ohio; and his siblings, Don Hancock of Berne, Jack Hancock of Stryker, Ohio, Oscar Hancock of Woonsocket and Grace Faunce of Montpelier, Ohio..
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.
