He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Trent Hevener (Stefanie), Philip Hevener, Jr. and Kelly Potter (Dale); his stepson Hugh Barton; and his siblings, Billy and Jean. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
