He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard C. Harpster and Beulah Harpster (White); his wife Phyllis Harpster (Weaver); and his brother Wilson Harpster. He is survived by: his son Norman R. 'Chip Harpster (Diane) of Center Valley, PA; his granddaughters, Amy of Allentown, PA and Lauren of East Stroudsburg, PA; his nephew Ken Thomson (Becky) of Hollidaysburg, PA; his niece Penny Willard of Lewistown, PA.; and also Joanne Thomson of Hollidaysburg, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juniata Valley YMCA, 105 1st Avenue, Burnham, PA 17009.
