We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2023, at the age of 94, Moncie O. Kiser of Zephyrhills, Florida, born in Louisa, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Maynard and Mallie Maynard (Lemaster); her husband Frank Kiser; and her siblings, Edward Maynard, Russell "Bill" Maynard, Don Maynard, Martha Derifield and Juanita Huntzinger.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Lowe and Ronald Kiser; her grandchildren, Angie Weber, Joseph Weber (Callie) and Ashley Kiser; her great grandchildren, Christopher Wilson (Makayla), Nathan Dixon, Connor Weber, Carson Weber and Jaxon Beach; her great great grandchildren, Joah, Marci and Maelie Wilson; and her sister Christine Cossin (Howard).
