He is survived by: his wife Kimberley; his children, Samantha Palmer (Chris) of Horsham, PA and Daniel Slivka (Elizabeth) of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Lucas Slivka and Jet Palmer; and his sisters, Christine Babcock (John), Maria Slivka and Pam Harshbarger (Michael). He is also survived by his family and friends.
