She was predeceased by: her father Milton Forsman; and her brother Thomas Forsman. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Hardin (Trina), Dawne Benitez (Sergio) and Deanna Brady (Mike); and her brother Ed Forsman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
