He was predeceased by: his son Hoot; and his granddaughter Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Frank, Luke Jr. and Debbie; and his siblings, Sarah, Sandra and Russell. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Gulfside Hospice.
