He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry L. Ward and Edna V. Ward (Frier); his wife Mable L. Ward (Harrison); and his brother James A. Ward. He is survived by: his children, Lloyd A. Ward Jr., David W. Barnes Sr., Sandra J. Barnes, Sherry L. Smith (Ray), Brenda J. Campbell (Mark) and Tammy Pondo. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
