It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Hollis Jr. of Zephyrhills, Florida, born in Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lester Hollis Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Merle Hollis; his granddaughter Eden Emmanuel; his children, Donnamay Emmanuel, Gail Ford (Julian), Kelly Quinn (Anthony), Michael Walton, Raymond Walton, Sherwin Emmanuel, Roston Emmanuel and Damani Emmanuel; his siblings, Henry Hollis (Gwendolyn), Lena Merriweather (Columbus) and Betty Thornton (Howard); and his uncle Aneal Jones (family: Harbor Church). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and his church family.
