He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Greer and Elsie M. Greer (Perdue); his son Joseph D II; his siblings, Francis, Dennis, Mollie (Richard Moubray) of Diamondale, MI and Mona; his grandson Robert Mckinnon; and his great grandchildren, Rena and Reanna Grim.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Glover of Traverse City, MI; his daughters, Debra Greer of Traverse City, MI, Yvonne (Ollenburger) of Grand Blanc, MI and Lisa (McKinnon) of Fenton, MI.; his brother Rocky (Daria) of Ithaca, MI.; his grandchildren, Kristina Caldwell, Kari Bignell, Lance Grim, Allison Smith, Amanda Greer, Jessica Miller, Ashley Reynolds, Allen Ollenburger, Lindsi Johnson and Jeffrey Mckinnon; and his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Skylor Grim, Kaedon, Kyle, Devon, Kennedy Greer, Drew, Dylon Miller, Dominic, Mackenzie Reynolds, Grady and Griffin Johnson.
