He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin "Bud" and Ethel "Jane" Kubly (Johnson); his former wife Linda Elaine Benjamin; his grandparents, Frank, Vernice Johnson and Andrew Marty; his wife Sherry Poulnot Kubly of Zephyrhills, FL; his children, Tony Kubly (Erika Rodriguez) of Kanawha, Tami Wingert (Dana) of Des Moines, Tina Schlemme (Lyle) of Iowa Falls and Tom Kubly (Jennifer) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Andrew Kubly (Leslie) of Atlanta, GA, Kaitlin Kubly of Murfreesboro, TN, Madison Kubly of Iowa City, Brandon Wingert of Des Moines, Levi Wingert of Des Moines, Taylor Wingert of Denver, CO, Alexa, Olivia and Devin Schlemme of Iowa Falls; his siblings, Larry Kubly (Carol) of Edgewood and Linda Meyer (Marv) of Humboldt; his stepdaughter Allison Laiosa; his stepgranddaughter Ella Laiosa of Plant City, FL; and his nephew Brian Meyer. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
