He is survived by: his wife Carol Horbelt (Cicenas); his children, Jack Kelly, Jennifer Horbelt Goode and Lisa Andrews; his stepson Andrew Sokol; his grandchildren, Kyle Kelly, Michael Horbelt, Derek Sokol, Brian Sokol, Crystie Sokol, Austin Sokol and Corey Sokol; and his great grandchild Luna Horbelt.
