She was predeceased by: her parents, George Richard and Annie Richard (Douglas) of White Plains; her daughter Ava Brooks; and her sister Helen Blades. She is survived by: her husband Willie Brooks; her children, Rosa McGregor (Von) of Manitou, Annette Steeley (Doug) of Dawson Springs, Karen McIntyre (Darin) of Madisonville and Barry Brooks of Zephyrhills, FL; and her siblings, Georgie Ann Duke, Shirley Campbell, Denny Richard and Janet Boze. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
