He is survived by: his parents, Olga Perez and Elvin Millan; his siblings, Hector Torres (Yaina), Ivonne Rosado, Cristina and Elisa Millan; and his nieces and nephews, Natalia Vuksanaj, Aaliyah Torres, Sebastian Rodriguez and Julian Torres.
