He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Gilchrist and Isabelle Gilchrist (Hinckley). He is survived by: his brother John Gilchrist (Lois); his niece Sarah; and his nephew Andrew of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by 16 cousins.
