She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Coutcher; her children, Roger M. Coutcher of Clermont, FL, Thomas K. Coutcher (Kelly Tenorio Picado) of Arlington, VA, Christopher J. Coutcher of Warwick, RI, John P. Coutcher and James R. Coutcher; and her grandchild Thomas K. Coutcher Jr. of Arlington, VA..
