He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrius and Helen; and his siblings, John, Julia, Mary, Helen, Joseph and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; and his grandchildren, Jason Stevens (Renee), Lauren Novinski (Lance), Julia Sowa, Grace Sowa, Lara Cherup (Michael), Jared Sowa (Lauren) and Daniel Sowa.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that a donation be made to either HPC Hospice or Meals on Wheels of Zephyrhills.
