He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Curtis and Lorene Barrett Curtis; and his siblings, Janet Curtis and Glenn Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Sue Curtis; and his siblings, Ron Curtis (Lauri) and Lyden Curtis (Juanita).
