Patrick McCullough (Eva); his stepmother Eva McCullough (Boatright); his children, Gabriell McCullough Warner (Andrew), Isabelle McCullough, Elisa McCullough, Caleb McCullough and Hannah McCullough; his siblings, Dwayne McCullough (Peaches), Clinton Gilliard (Tanya), Eric Gilliard (Tammy) and Teresa Anderton (Rick); and his cousins, Dean Baumgardner and Lee Baumgardner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and lots of close friends.
