He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hall and Mary Hall (Jones); his son Randy Hall; and his granddaughters, Tiffany Flaugher and Kristin Gaskin.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Hall (Powell); his children, Becky Gaskin (Charles), Ronnie Hall (Juanita) of Evansville Indiana and Todd Hall; his stepdaughters, Kristie Gay (David) of Dade City, FL and Valerie Williams; and his sister Carolyn Smith of Mattoon. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
