She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Coe and Ethel Priest Coe; her husband Jim Kerfien; her son Terry Ware; and her brothers, Lawrence and Gerald Coe.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ware, Pam Thompson, Kim Furney (Jerry) and Donna Salz (Doug); her stepchildren, James Kerfien, Jr. Kerfien (Dominick), Leesa Hartz (John) and Valerie Hoey; and her grandchildren, Jamee Battle, Kristopher Ware, Katie Delaney, Jason and David Furney. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moffit Cancer Center or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Dawn's compassionate spirit and her commitment to helping others.
