He is survived by: his wife Penny W. Pelfrey; his sister Sue Brock of Knoxville, TN; his son Brian Pelfrey (Jennifer) of Hixson, TN; his grandchildren, Bronson of Charleston, SC, Tre' of Hixson, TN and Brittany of Johnson City, TN; his stepson Josh Woods (Jessica) of Prattville; and his grandchildren, Raelynn, Kaius and Maddox. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
