He is survived by: his parents, Dan Padgett and Della Padgett; his wife Tammy Padgett; his children, Olivia Scism and David Padgett, Jr.; his granddaughters, Emma Padgett, Alyssa Padgett and Isabella Padgett; his siblings, Donovan Padgett, Dianna Barber, Douglas Padgett and Pam Hardy; and his sister-in-law Lisa Holley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
