He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Cuizon and Gertrude Cuizon. He is survived by: his spouse Narita Cabaltica Cuizon; his stepchildren, Nikki Cuizon and Andy Cuizon; and his sisters, Susan Cuizon Tornilla and Annelee Cuizon Tagalog. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
