He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Radkovich and Dorothy Radkovich (Vagilia). He is survived by: his wife Alice M Radkovich; his sons, Michael D. Radkovich of Newport, Thomas D. Radkovich of Enfield Conn, Steven D. Radkovich of Davey Fl and Robert D. Radkovich; and his stepdaughters, Sharon Richards of Ohio and Kim Bateman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
