He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McGuinness and Ed McGuinness; his stepmother Anne McGuinness; and his brothers, Kevin, Michael and Patrick McGuinness.
He is survived by: his friend Irish; his children, Jennifer McGuinness, John McGuinness, Tim McGuinness (Melissa) and Katie Mears (Michael); the mother of his children Joann Cicalese; his grandchildren, Tim Jr., Michael, Henry, Ava, Claire, Pearl and Luke; his siblings, Billy (Kathy), Neil (Kathie), Brian (Linda), Peggy and Maura; and his friend Joyce Schnatterer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
