He is survived by: his mother Barbara Clemmons; his siblings, David Clemmons (Annette) of St. Louis, MO and Holly Clemmons (Katharine Pastorius) of Lutz, FL; his daughter Melanie Morales; his grandchildren, Juan Morales of Riverview, FL, Jaime Morales of Riverview, FL and Daniel Rivera of Riverview, FL; and also Jimmy Bayron. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dan's name to the American Cancer Society or Tobacco Free Florida.
