She is survived by: her siblings, Mitchell Chockla, Mary-Anne Smith and Eileen Heard; and her children, Ami Kelley (Tim), Kati Achtzener (Brett), Sara Schladant, Corey Woodward and Justin Woodward. She is also survived by four Grandsons and three Granddaughters, as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
