He is survived by: his children, Catherine and Kyle; his grandchildren, Savannah, Sophia, Jessey and Lincoln; his child Samantha Houston Small; and his siblings, Kathy Handley (Arthur), George Long, Linda Munn (Steven), Suzanne Small (Al), Kimberly Terrell (George), Craig Small, Victoria Austin (George) and Matthew Small. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many devoted caring and loving friends.
