We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2019, at the age of 59, Althea Neal (Zephyrhills, Florida), born in Riverside, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Nealin Ray Neal. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Oliver; her children, Delmer Flores, Robert Flores, Jay Holt Jr. (Candi) and Adrianna Flores (Justin Atterberry); and her siblings, Tony Holt (Brenda) and Eddie Neal (Debbie). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
